Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as chosen by the broker. Payment must be made via the accepted methods outlined on our platform.

2.3 Fee Changes
Instabroker reserves the right to change subscription fees with prior notice. Any changes will apply from the next billing cycle.

3. Use of Platform

3.1 Broker Listings
Subscribers can list properties on the platform, which other brokers can access. Listings must be accurate, complete, and lawful.

3.2 Client Access
Brokers may invite clients to view specific listings. It is the broker's responsibility to manage client access and ensure compliance with these terms.

3.3 Boosting Listings
Brokers have the option to boost their listings for increased visibility. This service incurs a per-day fee, payable in advance.

4. Broker Conduct

4.1 Compliance
Brokers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Instabroker. Any illegal activity or misuse will result in account suspension or termination.

4.2 Prohibited Activities
Brokers are prohibited from posting false or misleading information, engaging in fraudulent activities, or using the platform for unauthorized purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership
All content, trademarks, and data on Instabroker are the property of Instabroker or its licensors. Brokers are granted a limited license to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

5.2 Restrictions
Brokers may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without explicit permission from Instabroker.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection
Instabroker collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, brokers consent to such processing.

6.2 Data Security

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Broker
Brokers may terminate their subscription at any time, with termination effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

8.2 Termination by Instabroker
Instabroker reserves the right to suspend or terminate a broker’s account for violations of these terms or any applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
